Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for Tele-Interview, Training and Development and vendor teams
- Communicate effectively with all sites, ensuring a consistent experience for representatives and members
- Build and establish a new Training and Development team
- Interact directly with clients and advisors, as required
- Manage team performance daily ensuring the service and quality objectives are attained
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Team Lead
- Responsible for employee recruitment to meet business objectives
- Identify, develop & maintain opportunities for process and system improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- A relentless and demonstrated ability to find customer service and efficiency opportunities
- Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills that consider the interests of the client and the company
- Proven skills analyzing data to make sound, data driven decisions
- University degree or 4-6 years of related work experience
- LOMA and/or ALU certifications are an asset
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
