About the role
- SAP Key User Logistik ensuring smooth logistics processes at Sunfire while supporting the team with SAP system inquiries and developments. Engaging in training and continuous process improvements in logistics.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for logistics staff with questions related to SAP
- Analyze issues and work closely with 2nd-level support and the IT department
- Prepare SAP changes and support process adjustments
- Provide training and knowledge transfer for new colleagues
- Ensure smooth SAP processes in collaboration with the business departments
- Monitor system processes and contribute to SAP development projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the logistics field (e.g., Warehouse Logistics Specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in logistics (ideally in a production environment)
- Strong SAP knowledge, particularly in the EWM, MM or WM modules
- Familiarity with logistics processes such as goods receipt and warehouse management
- Experience testing and validating SAP changes and system updates
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Business-fluent German and English, minimum C1 level
