Responsibilities
- Transparent management and control of production costs
- Planning and control of plant capacity utilization
- Performing product cost calculations and validating manufacturing costs
- Responsibility for budget planning and rolling forecasts
- Development of production- and cost-related KPI systems
- Evaluation of investment projects with respect to profitability and cost structure
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling or Finance
- Several years of experience in production or plant controlling
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, and business/financial analysis
- Proficient with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent German (C2)
- Good English (at least B2)
