Responsibilities
Shape, execute, and optimize social media strategy across enterprise social media channels.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles.
Proven success developing and managing social strategies for B2B or corporate brands.
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, ideally with strong LinkedIn expertise.
Experience with social analytics, employee advocacy tools, and social listening platforms.
Mastery of social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, TalkWalker) and advocacy tools (e.g., EveryoneSocial, Sprout Advocacy, Hootsuite Amplify).
Familiarity with reporting dashboards and data visualization tools.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, InDesign, or equivalent).
Strong communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
Ability to translate data into insights and insights into recommendations.
Highly organized, nimble, and possessing strong project management skills.
Proactive, independent, and a self-starter.
