About the role
- Working student in finance at a fast-growing art platform startup in Leipzig. Engaging in daily financial management, reporting, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial operations and payment transactions
- Prepare and review bank transfers
- Prepare and send invoices (clients & artists)
- Create quotations
- Support controlling activities (KPIs, reporting, analyses)
- Monitor incoming payments
- Serve as point of contact for our artists with payment-related questions
- Contribute to automation initiatives and process optimization
- Actively contribute ideas, propose improvements and help implement them
Requirements
- Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field
- Structured and reliable work approach
- Interest in learning and getting to grips with new topics
