Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and leading marketing strategies for the joint replacement (JR) and robotics portfolio in the South of the UK
Conduct market research to assess product requirements
Define strategic direction and manage the full product lifecycle
Plan and execute product launches
Oversee promotional campaigns and set pricing strategies
Support sales team by providing essential tools and materials
Ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives
Act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders
Gather competitive market insights and develop targeted marketing plans
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Requirements
University degree (e.g. BSc. /B.A. in business with an emphasis in marketing preferable, life sciences, or health related discipline)
3+ years sales/marketing experience (medical device related field is preferable)
Previous experience in selling or marketing orthopaedic products is a strong advantage
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
Very high level of communication skills (verbal & written)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
