About the role

• SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant responsible for customizing and implementing SAP Payroll solutions for clients in Germany. Ensuring project success and client satisfaction through collaboration and effective management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
• Ensure technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
• 3+ successful HCM Implementations
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success
• Discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
