Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: You will strategically grow TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, test new formats and optimize for performance.
- Growth & Analytics: You analyze content with a data-driven mindset. You spot patterns, deliberately steer views & followers, and scale what proves repeatable.
- Creator Relations: You scout creators and barbers who are a true fit and direct our content agency.
- Community Management: You understand men’s humor. Your replies are fast and turn casual scrollers into real fans.
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media growth with demonstrable results.
- Content DNA: You know which formats perform, how algorithms work and which trends matter.
- Ownership & Speed: You work independently, are structured, and drive projects forward without micro-management.
