About the role
- Project leader TGA specializing in HLSK at STF Energy overseeing large construction projects in Germany. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- MEP Project Manager with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning within our STF Energy business unit
- Lead various large-scale building services projects
- Responsible for overall project coordination
- Primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries
- Attend project meetings and present project status updates
- Ensure compliance with budget, schedule and quality standards
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (MEP)
- Experience across trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
- Degree in engineering—ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a comparable field—or certified technician/master craftsman in heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project leadership, project management or project coordination
- Respectful manner and strong communication skills when working with the team, clients and other project stakeholders
- Proficient with common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
