- State-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the HLSK trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management/project coordination
- Respectful interpersonal approach and strong communication skills both within the team and with clients
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
