About the role

• Fachplaner:in HLSK für Großprojekte bei STF Energy. Planung in der Gebäudetechnik mit Spezialisierung in HLSK.

Responsibilities

• MEP Planner (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit
• Planning for various large-scale building services projects, specializing in HLSK
• Independently perform calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
• Create floor plans, schematics and sectional views
• Use digital twins and BIM models for planning
• Close collaboration with electrical planners and project managers
• Participation in weekly project and status meetings

Requirements

• Professional experience in MEP (e.g., specialist planning HLSK, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role)
• Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
• Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) with a focus on building services/plant engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the HLSK trades
• Proficiency in industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
