Responsibilities
MEP Planner (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit
Planning for various large-scale building services projects, specializing in HLSK
Independently perform calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
Create floor plans, schematics and sectional views
Use digital twins and BIM models for planning
Close collaboration with electrical planners and project managers
Participation in weekly project and status meetings
Requirements
Professional experience in MEP (e.g., specialist planning HLSK, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role)
Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) with a focus on building services/plant engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the HLSK trades
Proficiency in industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
