Responsibilities
Building Services Planner (HVAC & Plumbing) (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HVAC and sanitary systems
Calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.
Creation of floor plans, schematics and section views
Use of digital twins and BIM models for planning
Close collaboration with electrical planners, project managers and HVAC/plumbing colleagues
Participation in weekly project and status meetings
Requirements
You should have professional experience in building services engineering (TGA), e.g., in HVAC/plumbing design, technical systems planning, technical drawing, planning engineering or a similar role
Ideally you have experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them
You hold a (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/energy supply or a related field OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the trades (HVAC/plumbing)
User-level experience with industry CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering/billing software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Optimal communication between all parties involved is required
