- Requerimientos excluyentes (hard): Experiencia con java 8 o superior, Experiencia con 1 base de datos no relacional (mencionar el nombre), Experiencia con microservicios, Test Unitarios /Test Integración.

- Requerimientos deseables (hard): Experiencia con Docker, Manejo de plataformas de logueo (Pueden ser kibana, grafana,new Relic), Venir del mundo financiero o bancario.

Requirements
- Más de 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend.
- Java 17+: Dominio profundo (Virtual Threads, Pattern Matching, Records).
- Spring Boot 3+: Experiencia en microservicios y seguridad.
- Bases de datos: MySQL avanzado y MongoDB.
- Observabilidad: OpenSearch y Grafana.
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS/ECS).
- Conocimientos en Angular y/o React para soporte en frontend.
- Experiencia en entornos ágiles y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
