About the role
- Accountant managing daily financial processes for client in loyalty and incentive programs. Collaborating with the Senior Accountant and supporting administrative and financial workflows in an international setting.
Responsibilities
- Laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Abstimmungen)
- Prüfung, Verbuchung und Verwaltung von 30–100 Rechnungen pro Tag
- Tägliche Bank-Checks & Zahlungsübersichten
- Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung (Payroll extern; du übernimmst Datenimport & Prüfung)
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten und vollständigen Administration
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Accountant & dem internationalen Management
- Mitarbeit beim Systemwechsel von DATEV zu einem neuen Accounting-Tool
- Nutzung von Tools wie Pleo und Flowers (nice to have)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Buchhaltung
- 1+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, inklusive Rechnungsstellung, Monatsabschlüsse und Lohnbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit DATEV von Vorteil sowie fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse und eine Affinität für Zahlen
- Offenes Mindset und Lernbereitschaft, um sich perspektivisch auch in komplexere Finanzthemen einzuarbeiten
