About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data flows, connecting sources, and modeling data to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain optimal data models for all layers of data maturity within the analytical data warehouse.
- Ensure all DAGs and data flows operate correctly within SLAs; perform debugging and troubleshooting as needed.
- Optimize the performance and operational costs of the analytics data platform while ensuring high data integrity.
- Act as a bridge between different teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Data modeling experience preferably with dimensional modeling and / or DataVault.
- Hands-on experience with a cloud-based data platform (e.g. Google Cloud or similar).
- Proactive learner and collaborative team member.
- Hands-on experience with dbt, terraform, Airflow, data ingestion process (e.g. pub/sub, datastream/API, etc.), BI tools such as (e.g. tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.) are a plus.
