Requirements
- Demonstrated ability as a project manager of multi-disciplinary project teams for MTO
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MTO polices, standards, and specifications
- Experience with business development and proposal preparation an asset
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in AutoCAD, Microstation and InRoads or Civil 3D software will set you apart from your peer group
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Professional registration with the Professional Engineers Ontario
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry specifically related to preliminary and detail design
