About the role

  • IT Systems and Support Manager leading network systems, cloud infrastructure, and support operations at State of Arizona. Ensuring reliability and performance of enterprise IT systems while managing support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage network systems and IT support teams, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Lead helpdesk and support operations for end users and external customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for network and cloud architecture
  • Oversee cloud systems (Azure) and enterprise infrastructure
  • Participate in IT strategy, planning, and governance initiatives
  • Coordinate and support IT projects and technical initiatives
  • Ensure implementation of security best practices and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues
  • Manage vendors, systems, and infrastructure operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT management experience
  • Strong experience with complex TCP/IP network configurations
  • VLAN and Layer 3 switching
  • Virtualized hardware and storage environments
  • Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and support teams
