Responsibilities
Help plan and and execute marketing programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels
Coordinate logistics and operations for field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences
Help execute webinars and virtual programming, including speaker coordination and promotion
Assist with campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines
Manage direct mail and gifting initiatives tied to enterprise marketing programs
Plan and execute practitioner-focused events such as happy hours, meetups, and networking experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver impact
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, community engagement, program coordination or business development
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Interest in events, community building, and enterprise marketing
Experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%
