About the role

Responsibilities
- Supporting high volumes of events, mentored by project leads.
- Configuring platforms through our CMS to maximize end participants' experience.
- Coordinating with project lead, vendors, internal departments, and the customer for seamless execution.
- Ensuring speakers are briefed and prepared for various event formats.
- Analyzing event data and delivering insightful reports and recommendations to the project lead.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the event industry or hospitality is a plus.
- Applicants must be based in the Chicago area and hold a valid work permit.
