Responsibilities
- Join Visual Meaning, a specialist management consultancy in Oxford
- Help organisations make sense of complex systems through interactive visual models
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to design clear, meaningful visual models
- Sketch and iterate system maps and visualisations, sometimes live in workshops
- Access a visual asset library and collaborate with illustrators
- Interview clients and facilitate workshops
- Analyse interview notes, documents, and datasets, extracting insights
- Manage time and budget, ensuring high-standard project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a client facing and or analytical role
- Strong visual thinking and information design capability
- The ability to distil complex or ambiguous ideas into clear, structured insight
- Confidence seeing the bigger picture and reflecting it back to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Project management and client handling experience
- A portfolio of visual work would be highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience with vector graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator would also be beneficial
- An interest in data and experience using Excel or equivalent is also welcome
