About the role
- Technical Lead responsible for SAP Basis architectures and managing SAP system landscapes. Leading projects and teams towards SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ERP transformations.
Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for SAP Basis architectures as well as the operation and further development of complex SAP system landscapes
- You manage projects and take on functional and/or line management responsibility for teams in the SAP Basis area
- Planning and execution of transformations to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ERP, including use of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP
- Integration of SAP systems into cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and design of hybrid architectures
- Analysis of existing SAP landscapes and derivation of migration and optimization strategies
- Ensuring operational, security, and compliance requirements
- You support pre-sales activities, conduct workshops, and present technical solutions to customers
- Prospective takeover of a team leader role with functional and line management responsibility
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the SAP Basis environment, ideally in a technical lead or senior role
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and both classic and modern SAP architectures
- Experience with SAP-relevant databases, in particular SAP HANA and preferably Oracle or comparable systems
- Experience with cloud transformations and programs such as RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP
- Know-how in integrating SAP systems into cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and confident presence with stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German and English
