Requirements
Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in project management of automation projects
Team leadership and definition of work packages
Preferably initial experience in one of the core industries
Passion for project-based work and an understanding of business opportunities and risks
High level of flexibility and ability to work independently
Customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, confident demeanor, and team and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel for projects
