Responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for identity lifecycle management and access governance across the organization.
Lead AI agent administration including end-to-end governance from agent creation through recertification and termination, ensuring secure and compliant AI identity management.
Develop and implement human-in-the-loop workflows to validate automated and AI-driven processes, maintaining appropriate oversight and control mechanisms.
Build and manage comprehensive access certification campaigns (user, account, entitlement, and role-based) aligned with risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Create custom IIQ rules, workflows, forms, and system integrations using Java, BeanShell, and XML to meet specific business and security requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and business stakeholders to advance IAM maturity and align platform capabilities with evolving AI governance best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of overall Information Systems work experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and workflow development.
Strong programming skills in Java and experience with scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python for IAM automation and customization.
Experience with identity governance frameworks and access management principles, including role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).
Knowledge of enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, or cloud identity providers (Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud Identity).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues.
