About the role

- Independent design, planning and organization of our online seminar program
- Management and further development of digital training formats (online seminars, trainings, e-learning)
- Project management for new online concepts and training formats
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders (trainers/speakers, departments, technical teams)
- Handling and management of project inquiries related to online training
- Quality assurance of seminar formats (processes, content, participant experience)
- Active contribution as an initiator for new digital learning formats
- Use of modern digital tools and AI-supported applications to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Several years of experience in online seminars, e-learning, or digital training
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
- Good English skills
