Campaign and Social Media Specialist responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for a global SaaS company. Focusing on customer acquisition through campaigns and social media in the European region.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, SEO, ABM, and others
Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue across the UK and Ireland
Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline
Write compelling, conversion-focused content with strong call to actions
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to drive operational excellence and consistency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
Experience in marketing campaigns
Proven project management skills
Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Experience in SaaS is a plus
Experience in Salesforce, Linkedin, SEMrush, WordPress, and Pardot
Google Ads certified
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
