Expansion & Scaling: Build and execute our expansion playbook for new locations in Europe’s major cities
Initiative Management: Lead company-wide projects across all functions — from Operations and Tech to People & Culture
Organizational Development: Design structures to support growth from 250 to 2,500 employees
Process Optimization: Implement automations and efficiency programs in studio operations
Business Cases & Decision Support: Prepare analyses and decision documents for the executive team
Requirements
2–4 years of experience at a Tier-1 or Tier-2 strategy consultancy (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Roland Berger) or equivalent operational project and strategy experience
Strong execution skills: You not only structure projects but independently drive them to completion
Entrepreneurial mindset: You spot opportunities, think systemically, and want to see impact — not produce endless reports
Languages: Fluent German and English

Compensation: Annual salary between €68,000 and €75,000, depending on experience
