Financial Planning Analyst responsible for analyzing financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Contributing to budgeting, developing projections, and creating clear reports for management.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial performance analyses using FP&A tools.
Identify and interpret performance trends to support strategic decisions.
Provide insights that contribute to improvements in financial processes.
Play an active role in the development of strategies.
Contribute significantly to short- and long-term budgeting and planning.
Collaborate in building and maintaining advanced financial models for scenario analysis and projections.
Prepare clear and concise management reports, communicating results in an accessible way.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
Experience in FP&A, Controllership and/or Financial Planning.
Experience in Budget Management is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and knowledge of Power BI.
Availability to work on-site in Farroupilha, RS.
