About the role
- Financial Planning Analyst responsible for analyzing financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Contributing to budgeting, developing projections, and creating clear reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial performance analyses using FP&A tools.
- Identify and interpret performance trends to support strategic decisions.
- Provide insights that contribute to improvements in financial processes.
- Play an active role in the development of strategies.
- Contribute significantly to short- and long-term budgeting and planning.
- Collaborate in building and maintaining advanced financial models for scenario analysis and projections.
- Prepare clear and concise management reports, communicating results in an accessible way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
- Experience in FP&A, Controllership and/or Financial Planning.
- Experience in Budget Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and knowledge of Power BI.
- Availability to work on-site in Farroupilha, RS.
- Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
