About the role

Responsibilities
- Work in the corporate Accounts Payable area, analyzing and performing daily, biweekly, monthly and/or quarterly reconciliations/closings:
- Recording third-party invoices;
- Recording payments;
- Processing advances/prepayments for outstanding items;
- Calculating variable compensation for the commercial team;
- Accounting integration of commissions; calculation of advance indemnity payments; handling sales campaigns and Representatives' terminations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury and/or Finance;
- Knowledge of tax procedures (invoice entry, tax withholdings, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Availability to work on-site at the Farroupilha (RS) facility.
