About the role
- Software Engineer handling mobile test automation for hearing aids in R&D. Developing automated test frameworks, collaborating with teams, and contributing to product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop our mobile platform for automated testing
- Work as a developer on creating new solutions within our platform
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile apps
- Develop robust automated tests to enhance and replace manual testing
- Analyze test results and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with developers and verification teams
- Contribute to agile R&D processes
Requirements
- 3+ years in mobile software engineering (Kotlin and/or Swift)
- Strong coding and design skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach
- Passion for best practices and emerging technologies
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in working with automated tests (good to have)
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (good to have)
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace) (good to have)
