Responsibilities
Lead the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery, always focusing on users and business objectives
Analyze data, user pain points and behaviors to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Define and track success metrics and business impact
Prioritize and manage the backlog with the development team based on value, translating needs into user stories
Define, monitor and report product success metrics, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company goals
Execute the product rollout plan across all Group brands, ensuring adoption by stores
Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders, maintaining alignment and visibility over deliveries and results.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Strong organizational skills with experience in structured planning and clear documentation of requirements, decisions and roadmap
Clear, concise communication, negotiation and prioritization skills, proven ability to influence stakeholders at different levels (technical and business) and ability to deliver executive presentations
Agile mindset: proficiency in methodologies to organize workflows and scale the productivity of technology teams
Analytical capability and metrics-oriented
Differentials: Experience with CRM, Martech or conversational channels. Knowledge of retail CRM, loyalty, cashback or post-purchase journeys. Experience with product rollouts across multiple brands, franchises or store networks. Experience in environments with data governance, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and outbound communication best practices
