Responsibilities
- Work in the Technology area focusing on developing intelligent automation solutions, using software engineering, systems integration and Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
- Design and maintain intelligent automations using AI.
- Integrate AI models and LLMs into internal systems via APIs.
- Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations between internal and external systems.
- Implement technical pipelines and event-driven automated workflows, webhooks, and messaging.
- Use Python and/or .NET (C#) to develop automations, services, and integrations.
- Work with automation and orchestration platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, and custom workflows.
- Build AI solutions applied to automation using cloud services.
- Produce clear technical documentation of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with development, data, product, operations, and business teams.
Requirements
- Field of study: IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis and Development, related fields, or equivalent certifications.
- Preferred certifications/skills: Knowledge of FinOps, cloud billing and cost optimization; data consumption or generation for BI/dashboards; monitoring and optimization of services and automations.
- Specific knowledge: Programming in Python and/or .NET (C#).
- Experience with systems integration (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, OAuth, JSON).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data integration.
- Experience using automation and workflow orchestration tools.
- Version control (Git) and engineering best practices.
- Practical experience (or familiarity) with AI applied to automation.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integration with knowledge bases.
- Creating workflows using prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
