About the role
- Senior Project Developer responsible for leading solar park projects in Germany. Working with stakeholders and managing project documentation throughout phases from evaluation to implementation.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for our projects from initial evaluation and land-use planning through to construction readiness or sale.
- You persuade municipal decision-makers, authorities and other stakeholders of the value of our projects and of SPG.
- You manage all project documentation, including land-use/lease agreements, development planning and grid connection documents.
- You support project financing and the sales process.
- You build strong relationships with landowners, authorities and subcontractors.
- You promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across our teams.
- You identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the project development of ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- You are familiar with German regulations and permitting procedures for renewable energy.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and act proactively.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively convey your ideas.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You reside in Germany.
- You hold a valid driver's license.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
