- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and cross-functional teams to shape and refine feature requirements
- Lead architectural decisions, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive the operational success of features by establishing monitoring, alerting, and support processes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that team members adhere to high standards for quality, security, and performance.
- Actively engage in troubleshooting and incident response to address production issues,
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, React and SQL databases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience managing both the development and operational aspects of software
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive mindset for identifying potential improvements
- Prior experience in a senior role with responsibilities for mentoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
