Requirements

- Good Change Management Process knowledge
- Fluency in **English **is **required**, and German language would be a plus
- Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification and Customer Support, Software
