Responsibilities
- You will work in a team of developers focused on our digitization and document management solution.
- You will work closely with Product Management and Solution Consultants to implement changes and features according to customer requirements and our product vision.
- Continuous development and modernization of our DMS, accompanying all development phases.
- Close collaboration with Product Management and Solution Consultants to realize new features in line with customer needs and strategic planning.
- Evaluation and selection of new technologies.
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring/support for less experienced colleagues.
- Participation in the recruitment of future team members.
Requirements
- Technical expertise and experience with Java EE (versions 8–17) and Apache Tomcat.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular, Azure DevOps (MS DevOps), Git, Maven, and MS SQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Windows Server, AD/LDAP, Linux, QMS according to ISO 9001, QA, testing, Docker/Kubernetes; Keycloak is an advantage.
- You enjoy working independently and are a team player.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills.
