Pursuits Program Manager operationalizing and managing our Pursuits Program at Snowflake. Collaborating with Sales organization to ensure smooth execution of program elements while driving accountability across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary operational point of contact for the program.
Own the master schedule and end-to-end logistics for key program forums.
Manage the assignment and tracking of executive sponsors to Pursuit opportunities.
Serve as the central point of contact for mobilizing internal support teams.
Maintain the central tracker for all action items and prepare regular progress reports.
Take full ownership of the program’s infrastructure and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
Facilitate the Pursuit opportunity nomination process.
Support the broader Pursuits team by participating in specific pursuit opportunities.
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in sales program operations, project management, deal desk, or commercial finance.
Proven ability to manage the logistics of complex programs within a fast-paced SaaS or Consumption-based business model.
Previous experience with complex contract negotiations; ability to read and understand contractual business terms and conditions.
Solid understanding of Snowflake’s consumption revenue model and bookings methodology.
Strong ability to break down complex issues into simple, actionable terms for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A strong customer-service orientation with a focus on facilitating the success of the Sales organization and Pursuit team members.
Proficiency in using AI tools to derive data driven insights.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
