- Key responsibilities include producing monthly management accounts, analysing utilisation and margins, managing project P&Ls, forecasting, and partnering with practice leads to support commercial decisions.
- You will also contribute to headcount planning and improvements to reporting processes.
Requirements
- Ownership of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and insight
- Utilisation, recovery rate, and margin reporting across the business
- Project P&Ls and variance analysis, highlighting drivers of performance
- Forecasting and reforecasting, supporting short- and medium-term planning
- Business partnering with practice leads to support commercial decision-making
- Headcount cost modelling and support for growth planning
- In your first 3–6 months, success might look like: Management accounts delivered confidently and on time, with clear commentary
- Stakeholders using your insight to make better commercial decisions
- Strong relationships built with practice leads and leadership
- Greater clarity around margins, utilisation, and cost drivers
