Requirements
College degree required
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Institutional client management and growth experience required
Minimum of 5 years management experience required
Complete series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 90 days of hire
Strong demonstrated negotiation skills spanning complex financial and service delivery related topics
Proven ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders
Strong revenue management and overall financial acumen
Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
