Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high volume production platforms in the Electronic Channel Applications domain of Institutional Technology
- Engage collaboratively with systems and business partners to deliver high quality and innovative software solutions
- Work with agile teams in a fast-paced environment, closely partnering with product, architecture, and other engineering teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications
- Mainframe development expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM
- Knowledge of MQ would be nice to have
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and documentation for maintenance and improvement projects in the batch and online environments
- Deploy and support software releases into production environments
- Employ your data security skills to keep our customers information safe
- You are detailed and thorough with unit, functional and regression testing
- Proven Experience writing COBOL/Native stored procedures is a plus
- Experience in Distributed Technologies (Nice to have/Willing to learn)
- Confidence to think and act strategically, share innovative insights, and offer creative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills
