- Establish measurement plans, analyze performance, and optimize future events based on insights.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years marketing experience; with at least 2+ years focused on events.
- Proven ability to plan and execute owned, industry and virtual events with measurable outcomes.
- Bachelors or equivalent
- Strong event and/or marketing background across multiple mediums
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to form relationships with internal teams and external vendors and event organizers.
- Proficiency in event marketing software and CRM systems. (e.g. Splash/CVENT, Salesforce)
- Ability to travel for event oversight
