Responsibilities
Assist Event Managers and Registration Managers in preparing and executing client events and travel programs.
Support the attendee registration process, including data entry, accuracy checks, and communication touchpoints.

Help coordinate event logistics, materials, and documentation to ensure smooth onsite operations.
Support the development and maintenance of supplier and client relationships.
Utilize ITA Group internal systems to track event details, organize information, and update status reports.
Contribute to a positive attendee experience through timely responses, proactive problem solving, and professional communication.
Requirements
Must be a current college student.
Pursuing a major related to Events, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
