About the role
- Event Marketing Associate supporting event lifecycle for Fidelity clients. Coordinating event operations, managing deliverables, and collaborating on presentation content.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing and business partners in coordinating event operations and execution for proprietary and third-party industry events.
- Assist in managing event deliverables, such as speaker preparation, thought leadership placement, brand presence, Social Media plans and attendee engagement.
- Own and maintain internal marketing tools and repositories including presentation and speaker libraries, and processes in Cvent and Adobe Workfront.
- Collaborate on presentation content and ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling materials are prepared for all events.
- Partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to compile post-event reports, including attendee feedback, performance against goals, and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- Preferred experience in event coordination, project support, content coordination, or marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Workfront, and CVENT
