About the role
- Director driving sales execution and advisor engagement for Fidelity's turnkey model portfolios. Expanding usage within existing advisor relationships and deepening engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Fidelity’s turnkey model portfolios by engaging advisors through impactful meetings and converting leads into sales
- Expand usage within existing advisor relationships by identifying new opportunities and deepening engagement
- Maintain deep knowledge of Fidelity’s model portfolio offerings, investment philosophy, and platform capabilities
- Execute hybrid territory coverage plans, balancing virtual engagement with in-person visits
- Partner with wholesalers in joint meetings to promote turnkey model portfolios and support broader managed solutions strategy
- Engage with key contacts across Envestnet, Tier 1 firms, and the CoreWealth division to ensure alignment and coordinated execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree a plus
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required (pass within 90 days)
- 10+ years of financial services experience
