About the role
- Director responsible for leading cross business unit operational activities for new investment products at Fidelity. Collaborating with various teams to enhance product implementation details and deliver positive client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and leading cross business unit operational activities required for the implementation of new investment products, new investment capabilities, and asset transition solutions.
- Maintaining and communicating a clear understanding of Fidelity product implementation details.
- Conducting product research, designing implementation playbooks, and coordinating product launch and portfolio configuration programs each with diverse size, scope, and complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proven product implementation experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience with fund operations including administration, accounting, valuation, and custody
- Investment product knowledge including product pricing, alternative and standard investment vehicle structures, regulatory framework, and distribution
- Investment operations including trading, portfolio analytics, performance, and compliance
- Portfolio transition management
- Transferable skills include risk management, compliance, and project management
