Responsibilities
- Help Fidelity's clients deliver critical information to their employees
- Develop and deliver best-in-class communication materials through various channels
- Manage the creation and deployment of communications related to the 401k plan
- Ensure compliance with FINRA and DOL requirements
- Communicate operational updates to participants
- Participate in or lead client meetings to review communication requirements and deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years creating communication strategies
- Experience in employee benefits communications and/or financial services preferred
- Client consultation experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or required within 90 days)
- Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
