About the role

• SAP Consultant for user and authorization management in the energy industry. Driving digital transformation for clients through innovative ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic SAP user and authorization management in complex system landscapes
• Development, maintenance and optimization of role and authorization concepts, including organizational management
• Execution of mass changes and administration of authorization objects, profiles and reference users
• Collaboration with security, audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security policies
• Participation in Identity Management (IDM) and integration of interfaces to non‑SAP systems
• Analysis of security‑relevant requirements, troubleshooting and support during SAP updates and go‑lives

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP authorization management (FI/CO, MM, SD, CS, EAM, S/4HANA)
• Solid expertise in PFCG, SU10, role design, mass derivations and user administration
• Knowledge of IDM solutions (SAP IDM, EntraID) and a deep understanding of security standards, SoD conflicts and compliance (ISO 27001, internal control system/IKS)
• Analytical thinking, structured working style and high sensitivity to security topics
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and German (C1) plus English skills, both written and spoken
• Resilience and the ability to work in an agile team in a structured, solution‑oriented manner
