About the role

  • Solar Sales Auditor at Smart Energy leading technical sales support and ensuring quality installations in renewable energy. Collaborating with Sales, Audit, and Install teams to reduce delays and improve systems.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in bridging Sales, Audit, and Install
  • Ensure systems are designed right the first time
  • Support complex sales and improve audit quality
  • Work directly with installers to reduce delays and rework
  • Ensure audits are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide technical guidance before, during, and after installs
  • Identify recurring issues across sales and audit stages

Requirements

  • Experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy
  • Strong understanding of residential solar & battery systems
  • Background in system design, installation, or technical support
  • Electrical licence (highly regarded)
  • A natural problem solver who thrives on complex scenarios
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for risk
  • Confident communicating with both technical & non-technical teams
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused
