- Knowledge of legislation and standards related to supplementary health (private health insurance)
- Knowledge of Orthoses, Prostheses and Special Materials (OPME)
- Knowledge of technical audit rules and regulatory mechanisms
- Knowledge of the Unified Terminology Table for Supplementary Health (TUSS)
- Business writing skills
- Intermediate proficiency with office application suites (emphasis on word processing and spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of Hospital Admission Management and Microsoft Office suite
