- Data & Insights: Build automated social media trend data feeds for local market insights.
- Infrastructure Liaison: Work with our core Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure our marketing automations are secure, compliant, and deployed correctly in our cloud environment.
- Rapid Prototyping: adopt a "ship to learn" mentality. Build MVPs quickly to test a marketing hypothesis, scale what works, and decommission what doesn't.

- Strong Development Background: Proven experience in Python development with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
- AI Native: Practical experience working with LLM APIs, vector databases, and modern automation platforms. You stay on the forefront of the latest models and industry trends.
