- Monitor and maintain production configurations for databases, servers, and other infrastructure.
- Develop customer-focused improvements to the product, such as enhanced reports and other value-adding features.
- Participate in customer calls for real-time troubleshooting and discussions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Core Java and Python; knowledge of Golang is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Kafka, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS services like S3, Athena, and Aurora.
- Strong expertise in relational databases and SQL
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams effectively are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing dashboards using tools like Datadog and Honeycomb to monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Equivalent in a technical-related field or industry/career equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of solving complex computing problems.
- Passion for helping customers succeed.
- Deep IT, networking, database, SaaS/Cloud application support experience.
- Industry certifications in Windows, Linux, RDBMS, AWS are highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Expert level diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
